The one in Oakville is a really nice office and we have been with Dr. Younes at first and she is great but because of the change in schedules, we started … More seeing Dr. Tawfeeq. Dr. Tawfeeq is really nice and he really cares about his patients and takes his time to really understand the overall medical challenges his patients are facing.
The only thing that I wish they could do is have an online booking for appointments because I find that calling them takes time and sometimes don’t get answered or you don’t get a call back. Also would be nice if you get an appointment confirmation through email or text.
